Is the website down or does my computer just suck? OR both?

By the way, can someone tell me their phone number, it isnt on their website anymore that I can see. Usually not a good sign, they dont want to be bothered I guess. But I want the phone number to bet over the phone!

Very seldom a problem here, as I have been with them for 3 years. GREAT BOOK!!
